A growing internal medicine practice in the Fayetteville area is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their practice.  This individual will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care of the adult patient while under the supervision of physicians, nurse practioners and nurse manager.  The nurse will work within a collaborative group of clinical and ancillary staff to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

*Triages incoming patient calls and performs accurate message-taking to treat the patient according to standards and provider direction

*Prepares the medical record making sure that pertinent information has been placed in the chart for that days visit

*Greets and prepares patient as needed for examination and treatment, takes medical history and assesses vital signs. 

*Maintains computerized patient documentation according to HIPAA regulations

*Assists the physician/NP with procedures and in-office testing

Other clinical functions as determined necessary within the limits of certification and the scope of the nursing practice.

M - F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
