Job Summary:

The Director of Accreditation and Compliance is responsible for oversight and maintenance of continuous accreditation and successful accreditation- processes in the Office of Academic Affairs. This includes continuous quality improvement, program evaluation, tracking and analyzing compliance data, completing compliance surveys, major roles in accreditation reports and site visits, collaborative work with deans, faculty, students, staff and others. The Director coordinates institutional efforts to support continual compliance and program evaluation across the university. Responsibilities include identification of areas of vulnerability, managing an inventory of supporting documentation of compliance, tracking data and developing dashboards, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in higher education (preferably in a healthcare or academic medical setting) required.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).  Experience using Excel including adding formulas, calculations, pivot tables, charts, and conditional formatting. Excellent written/oral communication, time management, customer service, and organizational skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a related discipline and experience with higher education accreditation at regional or program level preferred.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday, Days with occasional evenings/weekends.
